Covington Park Community Development District commissioned JAH to propose a 10 year growth logic master plan for future expansion of community amenities. The master plan included strategic planning for a substantial expansion of facilities, integration of utility and athletic fields, and integration of property woodlands west of the community center. JAH proposed a 2 story fitness center which wraps and encloses the expanded pool area, and creates a spatial definition of public amenities while maximizing available vistas.
